** Important Information About Admission Purchases **

  • Your PayPal receipt serves as your admission ticket. Print your receipt to present at the entrance.
  • If you purchase multiple admissions at one time, your FULL party must enter the event with you when you present your receipt. If people will be arriving separately, please make separate purchases.
  • If you choose to park at the Museum, you will need $7 cash.
  • Free parking and shuttle pick up will be at the Chemeketa College Parking lot and the Civic Parking Lot behind City Hall on 1st Street.
  • Event Admission Does Not Include Access to All Evergreen Facilities

Shuttle Information

Get a ride from car to door with our Free Shuttle Services! Shuttles run from all hotels every thirty minutes. America’s Best shuttle is “on call” only. The trolley will be running back and forth from in front of Hotel Oregon on 3rd Street (3rd & Evans). Shuttle begins 30 minutes prior to doors opening.

If you choose to park at the museum you will need $7 in cash. No strollers are allowed at the event. Coordinators for this charity, volunteer-run event reserve the right to refuse service or refunds to anyone.
